Which one is right for your project?

  • Choose Arches® Aquarelle Rag if: Your goal is to turn a digital image into a physical masterpiece. The heavy grain is a protagonist, adding dimensionality and a "painted" soul to your work. Perfect for those who want the viewer to feel the texture.

  • Choose Somerset® Enhanced Velvet if: You are looking for a sophisticated balance. It offers the prestige of traditional English printmaking paper with a grain that adds charm without distracting from the photographic detail.

  • Choose Rag Photographique if: You demand absolute sharpness. This is the paper for detail-perfectionists and those who love blacks so deep they seem bottomless. The ultra-smooth surface ensures nothing stands between the eye and the image.

What is Giclée Technology?

The term Giclée (from the French gicler, meaning "to spray") defines the world’s highest standard for fine art reproduction and professional photography. It is not a simple inkjet print, but a certified process built upon three fundamental pillars:

  • Pigment Inks: We utilize the Canon LUCIA PRO 12-color system. Unlike standard inks, solid pigments guarantee extreme color depth and a resistance to fading that lasts for decades.

  • Ultra-High Definition: Our 2,400 dpi technology allows for imperceptible tonal transitions and a sharpness of detail that traditional chemical printing (silver halide) simply cannot achieve.

  • Professional Supports: Every drop of ink is deposited on selected acid-free papers, specifically engineered to preserve color brilliance over time.

At Exposit Print Atelier, every print in our Fine Art line is a Giclée creation. Whether you choose the brilliance of Glossy or the tactile soul of Alpha-Cellulose, the technology and artisanal care remain the same.
